When she was nine months old, Hellen Keller was stricken with an illness that caused her to lose her hearing and  sight. In her younger years,  Keller started  learning Braille and American Sign Language under the tutelage of Anne Sullivan. The  amazing story of her formal education was depicted in the play ” The Miracle Worker, ”  which was what are adapted into a film . In 1904, Keller graduated from Radcliffe College, becoming the first deaf and blind person to receive a Bachelor’s degree. Later in life, Keller helped find the ACLU and became an advocate  for number of social issues , including womens suffrage and labor rights

Minecraft! What can you do in it? Well,  you can trade with villagers, you can kill mobs for items and food “some mobs are not good ones”, you can cut down trees to  craft in to planks for a house. But that’s not all that you can do in Minecraft.

What kind of mobs are there in Minecraft? There are 3 main mobs in the game of Minecraft. First there is a cow that you can milk to make cake kill it for leather to make armor. The sheep is also useful for beds carpet and so much more. Chickens  will lay eggs for cake along with the milk from the cow. There are so many mobs that I  can’t even count.

You might be asking how long have I been playing? Well I’ve been playing Mine craft for 6 years . I have 363 saves in Minecraft.

Minecraft is really fun to play , let your mind go free in a world of pixels. You can do so much in Minecraft.

Although Germen forces believed an invasion wouldn’t happen on the foggiest morning of June 6,1944,”Operation Overlord ” was underway. Soilders landed on the beaches of Normandy, France , at the direction of General Dwight D. Eisenhower. Thousands of men took part in the battle,which was a turning point in world war 2. What dose the D stand for in “D-Day”? It is unclear, but Eisenhower once said it was short for departed date.

Last summer , I went to a summer camp called “Camp Wanna Come Back” , or as I like to call it CWCB .

When I was there, we saw a black bear on our way  back from camping. It was  out  by the camp  and that was cool. Too bad there was only one!

We  were walking by the lake then we found a frog . It was really cool because  my cabin really likes frogs  we named him Fred, but we let him free because we could not possibly keep him because we already have  cray fish in the hall. I wish we could have kept him as a  cabin pet .

I signed up for Polar Bearing because  I like to  go swimming at 8:00 in the morning .  The sand is nice and cold,  I like to submerge into the cold water and after, we go to the flag and say hello to the world then we go in to breakfast.

After a long day  we always go to the campfire circle . To sing and dance, and sometimes smoke marshmallows”  boy do I love those marshmallows” . We would it every night In conclusion my week at CWCB  was a blast.

I love reptiles like lizards, snakes and other types. My most favorite reptile is the Kamonte Dragon or a Marine Iguana. When I get older, I’m planning  on getting a gecko or a snake.  I love cobras , boa constrictor and other big snakes. What I really like about snakes are their eyes they’re like cat eyes watching for prey

Now onto a different reptile. I love geckos. Geckos are so cute. They’re like  iguanas, but smaller and beady eyed . Did you know that geckos have no eyelids , so they have to literally have to lick their eyes to keep them from drying out? Isn’t that weird but true? Geckos make a cool house pet. I really want one for my birthday. Everyone think that geckos are weird , but the truth is they are not.

Now, let’s talk about a different reptile . How about a Emerald Tree Boa? It’s part of the boa family . It’s a relative to the boa constrictor because they can’t bite, so they have to squeeze the life out of its prey. ” Wow”!

I love snakes !I hope you see a snake out there in the world.

On a cool spring day in April of the year 1910, William Howard Taft became the first U.S. President to start the baseball season by throwing out the first pitch. He had come to League Park in Washington, D.C. to see the Senators play the A’s.  His traditions had carried on ever since. What other baseball traditions do you know about?

A to z Canada

The I saw the monkey king running . It was one of the most interesting days of the  year. I sill cannot believe my eyes. I ha the sight running through my body for over a week.

The Monkey King took one of the largest apples I had ever seen in 10 years . The funniest thing was when he pushed Miss click in to a pile of runners .

After he did that he played chess on his  brother’s banana and then combed his brown hair with a comb made out of old fish bones.

Later, That same day I saw the Monkey king dance happily in front of an audience of kangaroos and wombats

Looking back on it, we could have thought a little harder about the details. The day started well, with my friends and I eager to begin making our video. We all met at my house at 9:00 a.m. Our video started with a hamburger that turned into a cow, a cat , a bird, and then, a mouse. This very evil mouse burned down the house, and it went to jail for a very long time. So, we made many videos based on what had happened.

Many people celebrate holidays like Christmas ,Hanukkah and Kwanzaa by giving gifts. Gifts don’t need to cost a lot. Some times the best gift is one you make  yourself, such as a hand-knit sweater. Another nice gift might be sharing  your or talents. Why not offer to babysit or cook a meal for relative? The holiday season is also a great time to help your community. Try donating to a food bank or a toy drive.
